Lemon Slice

Ingredients
454g Marie Biscuits , Crushed
1 tin Sweetened condensed milk
170g Coconut
226g margarine
1 Lemon
Method
Base
Melt together condensed milk and margarine
In a large bowl mix the coconut ( keep some aside to sprinkle on top later ), biscuit crumbs and the zest of the lemon
Mix well and press into a lined slice tray
Topping
Mix icing sugar with lemon juice and spread on top of the biscuit mixture
Sprinkle with coconut
Refrigerate over night
