Ingredients
680g icing sugar
226g coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
6-7 Tbsp milk
Cocoa powder to roll in
Method
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl ( should be a firm dough )
Take Tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball ( damp hands stops the mixture from sticking )
Roll in cocoa powder
Store in a airtight container
