Ingredients
113g white sugar
113g margarine
170g SR flour
1Tbsp margarine
1 desert spoon Golden Syrup
1/2 tin Sweetened condensed milk
Method
Cream sugar and margarine
Mix in the flour
Press into a lined swiss roll tray
melt the 1 Tbsp of margarine, golden syrup, 1/2 tin of condensed milk in a saucepan then spread over the base
Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 30 mins
When cold cut into fingers and store in a airtight container
