Easy Lemon Garlic Basa Fillets

Ingredients
4 Basa Fillets
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt n pepper to taste
Method
preheat oven to 200C
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt n pepper
Place the basa fillets on a backing tray lined with backing paper. Brush both sides of the fillet with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
