Kilpatric Oysters

Ingredients
12 Fresh oysters, shucked
4 slices bacon, finely diced.
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp hot sauce
Fresh parsley, finely chopped ( for garnish )
Lemon wedges ( for serving )
Method
preheat grill or broiler to high
Arrange the shucked oysters on a baking tray
In a frying pan, cook the finely chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside
Spoon a small amount of the Signature Kilpatrick Catch Sauce onto each oyster. Sprinkle the crispy bacon bits on top of each oyster
Place the baking tray under the preheated grill or broiler. Grill for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and the edges of the oysters start to curl.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
