Steak With Pea Veloute

Ingredients
4 Large Potato's
2 large Red onions
4 Medium Carrots
1 Cup Frozen Peas
300mls Cream
2 Shallots
crushed Garlic
Salt n Pepper

Method
Par boil potato's
Fry red onions till very caramelized
In a roasting pan add potato's and crush, add spicy seasoned carrots crushed garlic , salt n pepper
Roast 25 - 30 mins

Meanwhile
Finely dice the shallots and fry in a pan till opaque.
Add frozen peas and cream boil till pease are cooked then blitz with stick blendfer till smooth
season to taste
Cook steak to suit you then plate up.
