Warm Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 Chorizo
4 Chicken Thighs, sliced into 1cm thick slices
1 Handful green beans
1 bunch Broccolini
3 red chillies
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, cut in 1/2
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Salt n Pepper

Method
In large pan cook chorizo on very low heat to render the fats and flavor out.
Remove chorizo from the pan keep the oils in the pan
Cook the sliced chicken in the pan till golden brown
Par boil the Green Veg
Add all ingredients to the large pan with the sliced chillies, Garlic and cherry tomatoes Cook 5 - 10 mins
Add lime zest and juice, season to taste
Serve and enjoy
